Strategic Workshops


These are strictly "in company" events, held under confidential conditions, to facilitate strategic and tactical planning for forthcoming negotiations. 

Attendees may not be part of a Negotiating Team directly, but could be  involved at a higher level or a support capacity. This might be working on objectives, strategy or the management of negotiating team.

These event are tailored to the needs of the client. We explore and expand Strategic and Tactical options - broaden  thinking, creativity and ideas.

These workshops may assist in the development of an organisational culture, company negotiating style, skills audit, training plans for groups and individuals. We investigate how work in such areas as complexity, influencing, crisis management, contingency planning, disaster recovery, leadership might assist in the development of potential.
