Additional Information:
We establish a personal
programme with each client to assist in their continuous development as
negotiators.
The course uses a combination of case study work, practise negotiations,
detailed analysis, discussion, lecture and coaching to provide a diversity of
learning methods.
These are run for small groups, limited to a maximum of 8 clients.
We use a combination of group training and one to one coaching.
