Objectives:

  • Audit personal skill level.

  • Sharpen up critical skills  - listening, pacing, questioning, analysis, strategic planning, tactical flexibility, creativity.

  • Practise different negotiating styles to develop a greater range of options.

  • Develop improved management and control of negotiating teams.

  • Refresh one's understanding of the basics of Deal Making

  • Gain a deeper knowledge of  the process - how it works - how to read it - how to gain effective control and use it profitably.

  • Improve the critical elements of preparation and strategy planning.

  • Develop Patience

  • Sharpen observation and analytical skills.

  • Increase creativity and flexibility.

  • Understand and manage difficult situations and aggressive and / or competitive people.
                 

Additional Information:

We establish a personal programme with each client to assist in their continuous development as negotiators.

The course uses a combination of case study work, practise negotiations, detailed analysis, discussion, lecture and coaching to provide a diversity of learning methods.

These are run for small groups, limited to a maximum of 8 clients.

We use a combination of group training and one to one coaching.

Attendance is limited to those who are engaged in significant negotiations on a regular basis and have attended an Advanced Negotiation Course.
